（2）单台拉伸机设备稳定运行速度不低于320 CPM（基于211*330ml罐形）；
（3）具备罐径和罐高快速切换功能；
（4）其他技术参数详见招标文件技术部分。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：柬埔寨，西哈努克港

交货时间：中标通知书发出之日起6个月内具备卖方工厂交货条件

Delivery time：The conditions of delivery at the seller's factory shall be met within 6 months from the date of the notice of award;
